Connecting with an advocate via our platform establishes a direct legal representation contract between you and that advocate. The advocate is solely responsible for all professional legal guidance, strategies, and courtroom filings.
Clients must supply accurate case facts, court records, and identity files. Supplying intentionally misleading data or fraudulent documentation is grounds for immediate termination of platform coordination services.
Coordination fees, deposit schedules, and lawyer representation retainers must be settled via the official payment methods listed on our website. All invoices are subject to applicable GST rules in India.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any litigation arising from using this platform will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai.
